My wife and I bought a house in San Francisco (Noe Valley) about 3 years ago.  By all accounts the house has appreciated nicely (although it really doesn't mean much until I sell it).  It now looks like the Googlers are coming in with cash offers galore. I'm not complaining, however, as long as my house appreciates accordingly from the GoogleWallet dollars being thrown around.  

If any former or current Google employees want to make a nice cash (hell-I'd even consider Google stock) offer on my house, let me know.
