My deepest sympathy goes out to the family and friends of Jeff. Jeff and I trained together in Surgery ( he in orthopaedics and me in general surgery) in New York. I found him to be a most dedicated and caring professional and a good friend.What a profound loss. My God grant him peace. Albert Cooper, MD
